The Work
05
— The body first.
01
Gently, learning how you uniquely perceive through your senses.
— Trusting yourself.
02
Building into a pattern you can become.
— Routine, rhythm and structure.
03
Cultivating steadiness for the emotional hooks that keep us going around the wheel of suffering.
— Into the inner world.
— Doing differently, daily.
04
Devotional practice that contributes to developing new neurological, behavioural and energetic patterns.
Leaning on the structure created, participating with the body as a steady foundation, we can explore the inner experiences that reveal the hooks. We tend them and pay attention on purpose, and do differently.
-
Exploring the middle path by paying attention on purpose, with compassion, and cultivating a pattern of response to the body and the energetic field. Harmony between the polarities of grasping and aversion.
-
Those in transition, and when the soul is calling them back to pay attention on purpose. Often after other approaches have been tried.
It may be a fit if you are:
— Ready to work steadily and to practice between sessions?
— Open to the body, breath, movement, journey work and expressive arts?
— Ready to slow down and do differently?
-
Depth Hypnosis (developed by Dr. Isa Gucciardi), body mind connection, movement, guided visualization, journey work, expressive arts, energy medicine and ancestral epigenetic work.
